BULL Workwear believes in the development of all staff members and as such has developed an adult literacy program. BULL Group employs a teacher to conduct these classes. All staff are able to attend the program. The programme is called the Pitso English School. This is named after an employee Pitso ..... who declined a promotion due to being illiterate. The program has improved the lives and confidence of many of the employees.
The owner and Managing Director Charles Jonsson has been actively involved in the manufacturing and selling of workwear to the South African market since the 90's.
BULL Workwear has two offices nationally. One is based in Howick in the Natal Midlands and other office is based in Ladybrand in the Free State. Our factory is situated in Maseru, Lesotho. The location of the offices was planned to allow for swift deliveries nationwide.
The factory in Maseru employs a minimum of 400 permanent staff. The factory has a full time Occupation Nurse and Safety Officer. They ensure that health and safety standards are achieved. .
